A woman with long black hair, wearing a pink dress and jewelry, smiling outdoors with pink flowers in the background.

Being the daughter of a single teen mother and a woman who migrated to the US in my late teen years, entiendo lo desolante, dificil, y casi imposible que se puede sentir el seguir adelante ante los tantos desafíos de la vida.

I invite you to get to know me a little bit more.

¡Hola! I am Guadalupe

Over the last four years in my vocation as a therapist, I have had the privilege of providing faith-based counseling at different parishes across the Houston area. By working in this unique setting alongside priests and parish staff, I was able to provide counseling services to different age groups and support couples in the marriage preparation process as well as couples in marital crises. I have also facilitated presentations and support groups to the catholic community on relevant mental health topics.  It has and will continue being a blessing to provide counseling services where faith is integrated into the treatment process.

Currently, as an LPC Associate who is in the process of becoming a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am providing therapy under the supervision of Gladys J. Sanchez LPC-S. Supervision is intended to review my clinical development, enhance my practice, ensure the efficacy of the counselor/client relationship, and uphold ethical standards  ensuring I meet the requirements to become a fully licensed LPC.
